Strength Training group sessions for adults:

Mondays: 10am- 11am

Wednesdays: 10am-11am

Fridays: 10am-11am

Student Athlete Strength Training: 

Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30pm

Speed & Agility sessions:

Ages 12 and up Mondays 4:30pm-5:15pm

Ages 8-11 Mondays 5:15pm-6pm
