BY USING A COMBINATION OF FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT PATTERNS AND EFFECTIVE EXERCISES FOR ALL THE MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS AND SPORT-DRILLS TO IMPROVE AEROBIC CONDITIONING, CORE STRENGTH, BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY AND PLYOMETRIC MOVEMENTS WHICH ARE INEVITABLE TO BECOME A STRONGER, FASTER AND INJURY-FREE ATHLETE OR A WEEKEND WARRIOR.
