Individualized Stretching and Corrective Exercise
Our corrective exercise and individualized stretching sessions
are designed to get top results and stimulate growth in your athletic performance, prevent injuries or get you back in action sooner after an injury. In order to eliminate or correct muscular imbalances, it is necessary to analyze the bodies movements first, then creating an individualized protocol to stretch the overactive or tight muscles and to strengthen the underactive or weak muscles to reach perfect muscular balance. We are using many different stretching techniques depending on the client’s needs and
preferences. Pre-competition or recovery stretching sessions are available for 30 or 60-minute sessions.
