FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH. IT ALSO IS AN ESSENTIAL FACTOR TO PERFORM A FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT SCREENING AND ANALYSIS TO FIND MUSCULAR IMBALANCES TO ACHIEVE THE BEST SPORTS SPECIFIC MOVEMENT AND FULL THE RANGE OF MOTION IN ALL JOINTS FOR ANY ATHLETE NO MATTER WHAT LEVEL OF COMPETITION YOU ARE AT.
I SEE THE BODY AS ONE CHAIN. IF ONE LINK IN THIS CHAIN DOES
NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY THE WHOLE CHAIN IS WEAK. INSTEAD OF JUST TRAINING FOR STRENGTH, POWER OR SPEED MY APPROACH IS TO CORRECT MOVEMENT PATTERNS FIRST, THEN MANIFESTING THEM TO STAY INJURY FREE.
